Fitness goals worksheet with a milestones tracker
This fitness goals worksheet puts one goal on a single page, from the start date to the date you complete it.
The top of the page holds your starting weight and BMI next to your goal weight and goal BMI, so the target sits beside the starting point. A separate space asks you to explain your goal in your own words, which gives the rest of the page something to refer back to.

Using the fitness goal setting template
Actions to Take is where the steps go. Habits to Build and Habits to Cut are kept apart, so a routine you want to start and a routine you want to drop each get their own box.
The milestones tracker records the points you reach on the way to the goal weight, and the Date Completed field closes the page once you're done. It suits anyone starting a new exercise routine or adjusting a current one, and a filled-in sheet is easy to pin up where you'll see it.
Sizes & colors
You'll get a zipped folder of PDF files in A4 and US Letter sizes. Each comes in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple and grey, so you can color code a goal for each person or each season.
