Printable fasting tracker with timetable and hours counter
This printable fasting tracker has two parts: a timetable for your fasting and eating windows, and a counter for the number of hours each fast lasts. You fill in both by hand on the printed page.
Sections on the fasting tracker
- Timetable for fasting and eating windows
- Number of hours counter
The timetable holds the times each fast starts and ends. Totals go in the hours counter, so a long fast and a short one sit next to each other on the same sheet of paper.
Who uses this printable fasting chart
It's for people on a set fasting routine who want a paper record on the fridge door. Write your printable intermittent fasting schedule on the timetable before the week begins, then log the hours of each fast in the counter.
Colors & files
The download is a zipped folder of PDF files, with the tracker in 8 colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple and grey. Two people fasting in one house can take a color each, so their sheets don't get mixed up.
Questions about the fasting log
Does it come with a fasting plan? No. This intermittent fasting tracker is blank, so you or your healthcare provider choose the fasting and eating windows that go on the timetable.
Which paper size should I print? Both are in the folder: A4 for most printers outside North America, and US Letter (8.5 x 11 inch) for the US and Canada.
