Ovulation tracker for test strips and cycle days
This ovulation tracker records seven details each time you take an ovulation test, from the cycle day through to a notes column. It's a PDF made for printing at home.
Columns on the ovulation test tracker
- Cycle day
- Date
- Time
- Intercourse
- Test strip
- Positive or negative result
- Notes
Writing the cycle day beside the calendar date means you can compare the same cycle day across several months of tests. Notes are for anything else, such as the strip brand or a faint test line.
How to fill in the printable ovulation chart
Fill in one entry per test. If you test twice in a day, the time column keeps the morning result apart from the evening one. Then mark intercourse on the days it happened, so those dates sit in the same record as your positive or negative results.
Sizes & colors of the ovulation tracker sheet
You'll get a zipped folder of PDF files in A4 & US Letter sizes, which suits home printers in most countries. The download includes 7 color schemes.
- Rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple)
- Ocean (blues and greens)
- Fruity (pinks and purples)
- Bubblegum (pinks, purples, blues and greens)

Print a different scheme for each month if you want to tell cycles apart at a glance, or pick Ocean for every sheet. A plain 8-color version of this tracker is sold as a separate listing.
