Tips for using this digital notebook inserts pack

Pick one color scheme and commit. With 3 distinct schemes available, it is tempting to mix and match, but your notebook will feel far more cohesive if you stick to one scheme across an entire notebook or subject. Use Rainbow for bold color coding by topic, Bubblegum for a soft aesthetic notebook, or Bohemian for a calm journaling space.

Use color to code content, not just for decoration. Within your chosen scheme, assign meaning to each color. For example, one color for lectures, one for personal notes, one for project work, one for ideas. This turns your notebook into a filing system you can navigate at a glance.

Mix templates within one notebook. A good digital notebook is not one template repeated over and over. Use the Daily Planner at the front of the week, Cornell Notes for study sessions, Dot Grid for brainstorming, and Pros and Cons when you need to make a decision. Variety makes each page useful.

Duplicate before you write. In Goodnotes and Notability you can save any page as a template or favorite. Do this with a clean version of each insert so you never have to re-import from the original PDF.

Start small. You do not need every template on day one. Import the 3 or 4 you use most, build a notebook around those, and add more as your system grows.
