Layout of the appointment planner
The grid covers seven days, Monday through Sunday, and each one carries the same run of 15-minute increments. A 15-minute phone call fits in a single slot. A 45-minute treatment takes three slots, so you can see where a gap opens up before lunch or late on a Friday afternoon.
Booking clients through the week
Client-facing work suits this grid: a tutor's lessons, a dog groomer's drop-offs, a physio's sessions. Because Saturday and Sunday get the same hours as weekdays, weekend bookings go on the same printable appointment calendar as Monday's.
